Our Soft Touch Tatami Mat was folded and compressed in bags for shipping. So when the product arrived at your home, there may be some creases, it will take 3-7 days for the creases to disappear completely.

Handwash or *machine wash GENTLY with COLD water depending on your mat size. Next, hang it and will dry in 1-2 days(*Depends on the mat size and washing machine volume, gentle cycle & cold water mode is a must. Avoid frequent washing which may affect the quality of the mat.)

30mm is always our best selling thickness. The density is a lot higher and thicker than the 15mm one. Thus, it's more comfy and soft when you step or rest on it, as well as better foot protection. It is suitable for family with or without kids.
Our mats passed the European Safety Standard EN71-3 + A2, Azocolorants and Azodyes - Entry 43 OF Annex XVII To (EC) NO. 1907/2006, safe for baby and adults.
Our mats has applied water repellent technology but not 100% waterproof. In fact, for any dirt appears on the mat, you can simply remove it with wet wipes.
If the product is confirmed to have factory defects after inspection, the customer can replace the product with the same model within 30 days, and can only be replaced once per purchase.Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.
